Cabbage
======
Take 1 bowl of Ground Cabbage leaves, Place it in the hot water bowl and allow it to become warm. Apply the cabbage leaves on the affected area as a compress. Hold using soft and a clean piece of cloth.
Bitter gourd

Olive oil

Olive oil helps to soften the skin, therefore, it effectively works to deal with psoriasis and reduce flaking and scaling. Apply lukewarm olive oil on the affected area several times in a day until you get positive results. You can also use olive oil at the place of olive oil.
