Sardiyon ke aaghaz ke sath he khushk mewajaat roz marra khoraak ka hissa ban jate hain. Khush mizaaj log to mausam-e-sarma ka intezar karte hain. Kyun ke yeh mewajaat ghazaiyat se bharpoor hote hain jo jismani tawanaai ki farhami aur taza khoon banane mein muaawin sabit hote hain. Maghziyat ka istemaal to qadeem daur se hai, magar jadeed tehqeeq ke mutabiq in ki afadiyat sahi istemaal aur in mein maujood zaroori ghazai ajzaa se aagahi ke bad mewajaat ke istemaal mein izafa ho raha hai. Khushk mewajaat mein Badam, Pista, Akhrot, Chilghoze, Nariyal, Kajoo,Moong Phali, Kishmish, Charonchi, Khubani, Anjeer, Til, wa deegar shamil hain.

1-BADAM

Badam aik aesa maghaz hai jis ko ghazaiyat afadiyat aur adwiyati khusoosiyat ki wajah se shehansha ka maqam hasil hai. Ye aik moaasir sehat bakhsh ghiza hai, khoon ki kami mein badam ka istemaal mufeed hai. Kyun ke is mein Tanba, Faulad paya jata hai jo dosre Vitamins ke sath mil kar Hemoglobin ( Khoon ke surkh zarraat ) ke banne ke amal ko tez karta hai. Cholestrol bhi kam karta hai.

2-HARIRI BADAM

Hariri Badam dimagh ko quwat deta hai. Tarawat peyda karta hai. Be khuwabi, Daymi nazla-o-zukaam. Khushk khansi ko bhi rafaa karta hai.

3-AKHROT

Akhrot ki 50 se zaiyd iqsaam duniya mein paai jati hain. Maghaz akhrot ke istemaal ke sath sath itbaa karaam is ka jhilka, patte aur jarh ko bhi mukhtalif amraaz mein dawa ke taur par kaam mein late hain. Akhrot mein faulad, calcium aur potassium paya jata hai, jo jism ko bharpor taqat-o-tawanai bakhshta hai.

4-PISTA

Ye aik sakht post ka mewa hai. Is ko torhne se andar se sabz maghaz nikalta hai, jis ko maghaz pista kehte hain. Jo dil-o-dimagh ko quwwat deta hai. Hafzey ko tez karta hai. 6-CHILGHOZA

Yeh sanober ke darakht ka phal hai. Jo sheeren wa lazeez hota hai. Ye bataur khushk mewa sardiyon mein kasrat se istemaal hota hai. Ye dil, pathon, gurdey aur masane ko bharpoor quwwat deta hai. Aanton ki fasid ratoobat ki islaah karta hai. Jism mein hararat peyda karta hai. Yeh masane ki pathri ko door karta hai aur badan ki taqat barhata hai.

7-KHUBANI

Khubani mashoor phal nehayat he khush zaiyqa, mazedar aur meetha mewa hai. Garam mizaaj walon ke liye mufeed hai. Mou ki badboo ko door karti hai. Maedy ki soozish ko door karti hai. Jumla aazaa ko quwwat deti hai.

8-KHAJOOR

Yeh aik qisam ki khushk khajoor hai. Is mein ghazaiyat bohat hoti hai. Badan ko farba karte hain. Kamar aur gurdon ko taqat dete hain. Yehi wajah hai ke is mein protein, phosphorus, vitamin A, B, aur C paey jate hain.

9-ANJEER

QURAN PAK mein WATTEEN ke naam se is ka zikar maujood hai. Anjeer aanton ko naram karne ki salahiyat ke baiys bawaseer ke liye faiydemand hai. Qabz ko bhi door karti hai. Dafey tezabiyat aur maqwi hazam hai.

10-TIL

Til aik maqbool aam roghni beej hai. Ye teen qisam ke hote hain. Siyah, safed aur surkh. In mein safed til ziyada mufeed hote hain. In mein faulad ki miqdaar ziyada hoti hai.

11-KAJOO

Mashoor makhrooti shakal ka nehayat he lazeez aur sheeren mewa hai. Jo badan ko farba karta hai. Dil ko taqat deta hai, dimagh ko taqviyat deta hai. Jazam mein bhi mufeed hai. Kajoo aur shehad ko subha naharmou istemal kiya jae to nasyaan ki takleef ko door karta hai.

12-KISHMISH

Angoor bail mein pak kar khushk ho jae use kishmish kehte hain. Yeh surkh, sabz, siyah aur safed rang ki hoti hai. Ziada moaassir sabz rang ko hoti hai. Khansi, nazla, bukhar aur qabz mein mufeed hai. Maqwi bhi hai, is ka bataur ghiza bohat istemaal hai. Is mein maujood Potassium, Copper aur Faulad jism ko bharpoor tawanaai faraham karte hain.

13-MOONGPHALI

Moongphali mausam-e-sarma ka maqbool aam-o-sasta tareen khushk mewa hai. Maqwi aesaab hai. Ye akhrot ka mutabadil tasawwur kiya jata hai, kyun ke is mein Vitamin B 1, Protein, Calcium aur Phosphorus hota hai
