1. Agar andoon par cooking oil laga kar rakha  fridge main rakha jay tou woh 2-3 weeks ziada sehi rehte hain.

19. Butter ko jald narm karne k liye issy chotey tukron main kaat lain.
20. Peyaz ko cheel ke thanday pani se dho lene se woh ankhon main nahin chubhta aur tears nahin aatay.
21. Bhendiyan pakatay waqt aik chamach lemon juice mix karte houwey bhindiyon ka taste barh jata hai aur laise kam ho jati hai.
22. Biryani ya palao pakatay howey  peyaz ko tarka lagtay howey uss main aik chutki cheeni mila lene se brown colour ziada aata hai.
23. Maltay ya tamatar ko aasani se cheelnay k liye 1 minute garm pani aur phir 1 minute thanday pani main bhego lain.
24. Qeema pakatay waqt uss main se zaaed fats (churbi) nikalne k liye aik gajar keemay main daal den aur jab pak jay tou gajar nikal lain.
25. Agar khana pakatay howey oil uchal raha ho tu uss main aik thora namak chirak den.
