Duniya mein Doodh sab se behtar aur aeham ghiza mana jata hai. Yeh tamam bimariyon ka ilaaj samjha jata hai aur sehat ke liye bohat mufeed hai. Mizaj murakkab alqawi hai. Cow, Buffalo aur Goat ka doodh aam taur par piya jata hai aur isi ka Yogurt, Butter aur Ghee waghera banta hai. Magar har Janwar ke doodh ki alag khusosiyat bhi hoti hai. Sil o Daq ke patients ke liye agar koi chez is marz ka qala qama kar sakti hai to wo doodh hai. Yeh daq walon ke liye awwal se aakhir tak mufeed hai. Ya isi silsile ko jari rakhen. Is ke ilawa baaz log pehle roz 4 toley pilate hain aur phir daily 4 toley barhate hue 28 toley tak pohanch jate hain. Yeh doodh taza ba taza forum he mareez ko pilaeyn. Lekin agar doodh se Calcium ki kafi miqdar pohanch jaey to yeh farz kar lena durust ho ga ke Phosphorus ki rasd bhi kafi hasil ho gai hai. Chonke doodh mein iron ki miqdar bohat kam hoti hai is liye matloba iron ki miqdar dosre zaraey maslan sabzi tarkariyan, anajon aur daalon se hasil karna parhti hai.
