Mehak aur khushbu mashriqi khanon ki imteyazi khososiyat hoti hai. Wese taqreban tamam masale peda bhi mashriqi mulkon mein hote hain, in mein bohat se tazah halat mein aur bohat se khushk halat mein bhi istemal hote hain. Adrak (Ginger): Adrak Se Ilaj


Adrak tazah na milne ki shakal mein khushk shakal mein sonth ka istemal bhi mufed hai. Quran Karem mein ehle jannat ko milne wali nematon mein ese bhi shamil rakha gaya hai. Irshad e Khudawandi hai ke wahan inhan esa jam pilaya jaye ga jis mein zanjel yani sonth shamil hogi.

Darchini (cinnamon):


Is mein jarasem dor karne ki bari salahiyat hoti hai. Garam apni mein pisi hoi Darchini(cinnamon) ka aadah chamcha safof shamil kar ke baqadre zarorat gur se methi kar ke pene se zukam ki taqlif mein numaya kami ho jati hai. Is mein chotki bhar kali mirch ka safof aur gur ki jagah shehad shamil kar lene se bukhar, nazle, sar aur jism mein dard ki taqlef mein kami ho kar mariz ko aram ajata hai. Khansi, halq ki kharash aur waram ke leye bhi ye chai bohat mufed hoti hai. Dast ki shikayat aur ultiyon ke leye bhi is ka safof, adark (ginger) ka ras ya sonth ka safof is chai mein shamil karne se aaram ajata hai.
Rai:


Rai sadyon se nazle aur sardi ka ilaj chali arahi hai. Maghrib ke sard mulkon mein baraf bari aur barish meinbeghne se ane wali chinkon aur sardi ka asae dor karne ke elye garam apni mein muthi bhar rai aur namak (salt) shamil kar ke is mein 15 se 20 minute peer dabone se mariz ko bohat aram milta hai. Is amal ke baad zarori hai ke garam pani se peer dho kar mariz ko moze pehna kar garam bistar mein sula den. Is mufed amalse jism mein sardi ki dosri taqalif ka muqabla karne ki salahiyat barh jati hai. Soje hoye jor par is ka lep kapre par laga kar 10 se 15 minute tak lagae rakhne ke bad nikal dena chaheye aur is ki jagah zeton ya niriyal ka roghan laga dena chaheye ta ke jild mein sozish na ho. Yehi lep dame aur adhe sar ki taqlif ke leye bhi mufed hota hai.
Elaichi (Cardamom):


Sabz Elaichi (cardamom) dekhne mein bahli lagne ke elawa khushbu aur zaiqe ke lehaz se bohat umdah aue dawai ke maqasid ke lehaz se bhi bohat mufed aue muasar hoti hai. Is mein mun mein peda hone wali badbo ka sabab banne wale jarasem aur bacteria halak karne ki salahiyat hoti hai. Is ke dane chabate hi munkhushbu se mehak jata hai. Is ki bari qism yani bari (cardamom) elachi, bachon ke mede aur anton ki taqalif aur ishal ki mani hoi dawa hai. Pani mein is ke sath podene aur sonf ko josh de kar joshandah bachon ko pilaya jata hai, is liye ese bachon ki makhsos gripe water mein bhi shamil kiya jata hai.


Naak aur phephron mein balghami ratobat bhar jane ki sorat mein 6 bari elaichiyon ke sath 4 long, adha chai ka chamcha tazah adrak ka lacha aur darchini (cinnamon) ka aik tukra aik glass pani mein 5 minute josh de kar shehad mila kar pene se heart ingez faidah hota hai. Nazla, zukam dor hone ke elawa thakan aur tabyat ki girawat bhi dor ho jati hai.
Long:


Dosre masalon ke muqable mein dard dor karne ki khasiyat sab se ziyadah long mein hoti hia. Dant ke dard ke leye ese sadyon se istemal kiya ja raha hai. Gale ki sojan aur dard ke leye bhi akser sabit hoti hai. Aik long ko dukhte dant ken iv=che deba kar rakhne se is ka nikalne wala teel dard aur waram dor kar ke aaram pohanchta hai.


Aik piyale mein 4 long kuchal kar in par garam garam dodh dal kar 10 minute bad pene se sakht se sakht nazle ko fori faidah hota hai. Zukam ki dawa mein bhi ye aikmusar juz ke tor par shamil kiya jata hai. Dodh aur namak (salt) ke sath sath long ke teel ke 3 qatre mila kar peshani aur kanpatyon par malne se sar mein dard ki taklif tezi se dor ho jati hai.


Long ke teel mein dafa afonat khasiyat bohat tez aur mosar hoti hai. Is maqsad ke leye ese zakham, phaphondi, jalne aur kharab zakhmon par mukhtalif andaz mein istemal kiya jata hai. Long ke teel mein ethan dor karne ki salahiyat bhi hopti hai. Is maqsad ke leye kisi munasib teel mein is ki do teen bondein mila kar mutasirah azlat ya phathon par malish karne se aram milta hai.
Haldi (Turmeric): Haldi Se Ilaj


Haldi (Turmeric) mein dard aur waram dor karne ki heaart angez salahiyat hoti hai. Chot ya zakham wagherah par haldi (Turmeric) ka powder kisi tail mei mila kar lep karne se dard aur waram dor hojat hai aur zakham begharne nahi pata. Sene par chot lagne ya girne ki wajah se chot lagne ki sorat mein mtasirah shakhs ko aik glass garam dodh mein haldi mila kar pelane se dard aur taqlif se fori aram milta hai. Isi tarah nazle aur zukam mein haldi (Turmeric) mila garam dodh pene se aram milta hai. Haldi (Turmeric) mein darasal jism ki qowat e madafiyat mustehkam aur tawana karne ki salahiyat hoti hai. Haldi (Turmeric) ke johar curcumin mein rasoliyan dor karne ki bari aham salahiyat hoti ha. Is ke elawa is se waram bhi dor ho jata hai.


Aik glass garam dodh mein chai ka adha chamcha namak (salt) aur aik chai ka chamcha haldi (Turmeric) ghol kar gharare karne se halaq ka sakht se sakht waram aur dard dor hota hai. Sene aur peat mein jalan aur sozish ke leye haldi (Turmeric) ke safof ke do teen capsule khane se phele pani ke sath nigal lene se taqlif fori dor ho jati hai.
Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) :


Peat aue hazam ki taqalif ke leye kali mirch (Black Pepper )ke faide sab jante hain. Peat mein girani ke leye aik piyali dodh mein pisi hoi kali mirch (Black Pepper ) chai ka pao chamcha ghol kar pene se fori aram milta hai.


Isi tarah 4, 5 kali mirchein (Black Pepper ) pes kar thori shaker mila kar garam pani mein shamil kar ke pene se zukam ki taqlef mein kami ati hai. Mariz ka ese pe kar garam shal orh kar let jane se pasena akar bukhar utar jata hai. Nazle ki purani shikayat mein teen din tak dodh mein adha chai ka chamcha kali mirch (Black Pepper ) pisi hoi aur aik chai ka chamcha haldi ka safof mila kar pene se nazle se nijat mil jati hai. Masorhe soj gaye hon, un mein dard aur kholan ho to is ke leye pisi hoi kali mirch (Black Pepper ) aur namak (salt) mila kar malte rehne se taqlif balke payorya ki shikayat bhi dor ho jati hai. Tez bukhar ki sorat mein sabz chai ki aik piyali mein aik chthai lemo (lemon) ka ras aur aik chutki kali mirch (Black Pepper ) ka safof mila kar garam garam pilane se pasena akar bukhar uthar jata hai.
Safed Jeera, Sufaid Zeera (White Cumin) :


Nazam e hazam ke liye Safed Jeera (white cumin) ki afadiyat aik musalima hai. Safed zere (white cumin) mein kala namak shamil kar ke ise lemo ke ras mein do teen martaba bhigo kar khushk kar ke aik gram ki miqdar mein muh mein dal kar chosne aur khane se bhook khul kar lagti hai aur khana asani se hazam hone lagta hai. Isi tarah aik piyali pani mein do chai ke chamche Sufaid zera (white cumin) josh de kar chan kar din mein do martaba pene se badhazmi ki shikayat dor hoti hai, balke bhone howe safed zere ke chabane se mun se badbo ane ki shikayat bhi dor ho jati hai.


Mun mein chalon ki shikayat ke liye is ke joshande se kuliyan karna aik musar ilaj sabit hota hai. Nazle aur zukam ka ilaj ke liye zera ke sath thori sonth chaba kar aur upper se garam pani ya chai pene se nazla aur zukam mein jald aram milta hai. Safed zere (white cumin) ke sath din mein do martaba thora sa gur shamil kar ke chab kar nigalne se khansi ki shidat kam ho jati hai. Ishal ki sorat mein zafed zere ke sath tazah ya khushk podine ke patte aur misri chaba lar khane se aram milta hai. Ye amal khana khane ke bad karna chaheye. Is se ishal ke elawa mede ka dard aur matli ki shikayat bhi dor hotai hai. Hum wazan Sufaid zeera (white cumin), sonth, lahori namak aur khushk podina pes kar rakh lenaur har ghiza ke bad aik chamcha ye safof pani ke sath khaein, afaqa ho ga.
